Larry the Lamp is a lonely lamp. He sits on a table in the corner of a dark room, and he dreams of having friends. One day, a group of children come into the room and see Larry. They think he's the cutest lamp they've ever seen, and they invite him to play with them.
Larry is so happy to have friends. He plays with them all day long, and they have lots of fun together. But one day, the children are playing too hard, and they accidentally break Larry. Larry is heartbroken. He thinks that the children will never want to play with him again because he's broken.
But the children don't care that Larry is broken. They still love him, and they want to play with him. They help Larry get fixed, and they all play together again.
Larry learns that it's okay to be different. He also learns that true friends will love you for who you are, no matter what.
Larry the Lamp is a delightful children's picture book that teaches important lessons about friendship and acceptance. It's a perfect book for children of all ages.
